廃線跡「泰久寺」 （はいせんあと たいきゅうじ）
旧国鉄倉吉線の泰久寺駅。
日常生活において、関金の人々の通勤・通学など移動の手段としてなくてはならない存在でした。
このホームから、今でも残っているレールを辿ってトレッキングが出来ます。
初めて訪れる人々にも「懐かしさ」が蘇るようなレールの後を辿っていくと、やがて竹林のトンネルが！風の音が森林にいる私たちを包み込み、一瞬どこまで来てしまったのかと迷いを感じそうになるのですが、レールが私たちをいつも導いてくれている、そんな安心感を持たせてくれます。
泰久寺と山守（終点）の区間には、鉄道ファンなら一度はどうしても見ておかずにはいられない景色が、歩けば歩くほど見えて来ます。
まずはトンネル。
ひんやりと、そして静まり返った真っ暗な空間に突如として足を踏み入れることになるのだけれど怖い 、 という感覚ではない、むしろ何かに包まれているような気にすらなるのは何故だろう…。
このトンネルが無ければ出会うことのなかった先にあるもの。それは、いつもいつまでも変わらない、田園と山々の緑。
懐かしさとともに、まるで自然が自分を迎え待ってくれているような気持ちになるのです。
トンネルを抜ければ必ずたどり着く場所があるってこと。
実はとっても、人の心をホッコリさせると思いませんか？
トンネルをこえると、小鴨川が見える場所にたどり着きます。
一面の自然を、ぐっと高いところから見渡すことができるのですが、しばらくそのまま立っていると、鳥が目の前を飛び去り、車の往来を見下ろすこともあるからか、まるで自分が宙に浮いているような不思議な錯覚におちいります。
ウォーキングでここまで歩いてきた人々が、山々に向かって「お～い！」と木霊を待っているかのように大きな声を出していました。
廃線となってから既にすでに約30年。
それでいてこうして今も人々が訪れ、初めての人も、再来する人も、癒しに包まれて優しい顔になっているのは、この場所の魔法にかかったからではないかと思うのです。

【英語】Old Railway Tracks – “Taikyuji”
Taikyuji was a station on the old national Kurayoshi railway line. It was an indispensable station for the people of Sekigane who commuted to and from work and schools. You can go trekking on these old railway tracks and see where they lead you. Even for first time visitors, a sense of the “nostalgic past” can be felt. Find yourself walking through a tunnel of bamboo woods and be enveloped by the whispering sounds of the wind passing through the forest. And just when you think you have lost your way, look down and follow the tracks that will assure your safe return home.
Between Takyuji and Yamamori (last stop) stations, there are scenic spots for railway fans that are not to be missed. These views become clearer and clearer as you approach them.
First of all – enter the tunnel. As you step into the tunnel, you will be submerged in darkness and cold silence. Here you feel you are being enveloped by something and you wonder what it is. This is not the place to be afraid, but rather a chance to anticipate the unchanging mountains, fields, orchards and greenery awaiting at the other end. You may even start to feel nostalgic and when you reach the end of the tunnel, you will feel nature is welcoming your return. Again, remember that a new destination awaits you at the end of the tunnel. You will also feel a sense of accomplishment.
When you come out of the tunnel, you will reach a place overlooking Ogamo River. As you look down from up high, you will see the vast natural scenery and as you stand there for a while, you will notice birds flying away right before your very eyes and cars driving past in the distance. You almost feel as though you are floating up in the air.
When trekkers reach this point, they sometimes turn to the mountains and yell out, “Yoo-hoo!”, hoping to hear an echo.
It has been 30 years since these tracks were abandoned; yet they remain the same, welcoming new and old visitors alike. There is a magical feeling about this place that leaves many people with a smile on their face and a sense of healing.

废弃铁路遗址「泰久寺」
旧国铁仓吉线的泰久寺火车站。曾是关金人在上下班、上学放学等日常生活中不可缺少的交通手段。从站台沿着现在仍遗留的轨道，可以浏览沿途的景色。初次拜访的人们沿着「怀念之情」重新浮现的轨道，来到竹林隧道！我们被风的声音环抱，一瞬间我们仿佛有不知自己来自何处的感觉。轨道无论何时都引导着我们，给予我们放心的感觉。
泰久寺至终点山守的区间，作为铁路迷们无论如何也要来看一次，最初虽然有些觉得景色不怎么，但是越走会越感到有看头。
首先是隧道。仿佛突然踏进了回到凉爽、静谧的黑暗空间，但却不觉得可怕。好像感到不知被什么包围了。如果没有这隧道，就不能欣赏到走出隧道后的景色。这就是无论什么时候都不会改变的田园和群山的翠绿。不单是感到久别重逢，而且自然而的觉得是在迎接自己的到来。走出隧道必定会有什么地方，真的应该是让人们感到胸怀自豪吧？
走出隧道，沿路前进，就到了可以缭望小鸭川的地方。站在高处，面前展现着满片的大自然。静静地站着，鸟儿从我们的眼前飞过，而向下俯瞮来往的车辆，仿佛让我们有了漂游在宇宙的、不可思议的错觉。
步行到这里的人们，向着群山，像似等待着树的精灵，大声喊着“喂～”。
轨道被废弃至今大约已有三十年了。正因为有了它，现在人们仍不断来拜访。不管是初次的，还是来重访的人们，在这里呈现出精神舒畅的温和的面孔，想必是中了这地方魔法吧。
